I made this video as part of a role play exercise that I used to train my colleagues on giving good customer service. However this video shows what bad customer service can lead to. The customer walks into a bank and asks the teller for his account balance. The teller gives some flimsy excuse about being too busy. Watch the customer’s reaction and let me know what you think.
